1. PROPERTY DETAILS

4.3 Landlord’s Responsibility:
The Landlord shall be responsible for the maintenance and repair of structural aspects of the Premises, including walls, ceiling, and roof, unless caused by Tenant’s actions.
5. USE OF THE PREMISES
5.1 Permitted Use:
The Tenant agrees to use the Premises solely for [residential/commercial] purposes and not for any illegal activities or any activity that violates local laws or regulations.
5.2 Subletting:
The Tenant shall not sublet or assign the Premises or any part thereof to any third party without the prior written consent of the Landlord.
6. SECURITY DEPOSIT AND DAMAGE TO PREMISES

7. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT
7.1 Termination by Tenant:

7.2 Termination by Landlord:
The Landlord may terminate this Agreement by giving [X] days’ written notice to the Tenant if the Tenant:

The Landlord has the right to inspect the Premises with prior notice to the Tenant, at reasonable times, to ensure that the premises are being maintained according to the terms of this Agreement.
9. INSURANCE
The Tenant shall be responsible for insuring their personal belongings within the Premises. The Landlord shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the Tenant’s personal property.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
10.1 Governing Law:
