1. POSITION AND DUTIES
1.1 Position

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.1 Ownership of Work Product
The Employee agrees that any work created during the course of employment, including inventions, designs, and other intellectual property, is the exclusive property of the Employer. The Employee agrees to assign all rights, title, and interest to the Employer.
6.2 Non-Compete Clause
The Employee agrees not to work for or engage in any business that competes with the Employer during the term of employment and for a period of [X] months after the termination of employment within a geographical area of [X] miles of the Employer’s location.
7. TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT
7.1 Termination by Employer
